Supplies:
Rubbing alcohol or Pure White Vinegar
Food Coloring or Gel Food Coloring
Different shapes of pasta
Gallon/Sandwich bags
Paper towels or Waxed/Parchment paper

Directions:
NOT EDIBLE
Measurements do not need to be precised.

Mix about 1 tsp of alcohol/vinegar with about 20 drops of food coloring into a gallon/sandwich bag.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cups of uncooked pasta.
Shake it around and let it sit for atleast 10 minutes then give it a good shake once more. Let it sit for another 10 minutes.
When time is up empty the pasta out onto paper towels or waxed/parchment paper.
Let dry anywhere from 2-5 hours. Move the pasta around throughout so it drys evenly.
When pasta is completely dry have fun playing around in a bucket and maybe with small toys.

You can also use the pasta in a variety of ways like to make necklaces or bracelets with string. You might also pull out some glue and construction paper to make your own masterpiece artwork.

Don’t forget to decided if you will mix the different colored pasta or keep them separate. This is also a great way to teach different colors. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ #kids #kidscrafts #diy #autism #downsyndrome #autismawareness #downsyndromeawareness #hope #love #encouragement
